What to Expect

Every detail, handled

No guessing about what is included. Everything listed here is part of every order.

We use standard, gentle detergents by default. If you have a sensitivity, allergy, or a specific product you want us to use, just let us know when you book and we will follow your instructions exactly.

Delicates are washed on cold or gentle cycles and air dried when needed. If an item has a care label we cannot follow with standard service, we flag it before washing rather than risk damage.

Standard orders are returned within 24 to 48 hours of pickup. Rush returns are available as an add-on. Your exact return window is confirmed before pickup.

Just bag it up. Standard laundry bags or trash bags both work fine. If you want items separated, leave a note and we will handle it.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. Payment is due on or before delivery. For weekly plans, we confirm a billing arrangement that works for you before starting.
